When you should buy a BlendTec blender

Summer’s almost over. You want to go to the beach one last time and look good in your swim suit.  The BMI chart says that for your height, you should be at around 160 pounds to be considered healthy.

You’re not quite there yet. So you’ve been working out for the past two months. You’ve been dieting. After work everyday, you’ve been walking past McDonalds, Wendy’s, Taco Bell, Pizza Hut and go straight to the gym. You wake up today, stand on your scale,




WHAT THE @%#$!

Here’s what you do:
1. Take a deep breath
2. File your toe nails
3. Go buy a BlendTec blender and blend the scale (yes, it blends!)
4. Write a mail to the BMI committee and tell them that they should really reconsider the chart.  They only accept mail.
5. Move to a neighborhood with less junk food joints
6. Treat yourself to a chocolate chip cookie for a job well done
